The purpose of this course is to explore how outdoor training and experiential learning can enrich the educational process, promote personal growth, and strengthen collaboration across diverse cultural and professional contexts.

Participants will be guided through innovative methods and activities designed to bring learning outside the classroom, creating stronger bonds among groups and fostering creativity, resilience, and a sense of shared responsibility.

The main aims of the course are to:

  • Develop outdoor training skills and learn how to integrate outdoor activities into the learning process.

  • Strengthen team building and solidarity through collaborative exercises.

  • Implement strategies to boost self-esteem and self-confidence, both for participants and their future learners.

  • Reinforce European collaboration by connecting educators from different countries and backgrounds.

  • Discover and reflect on diversity, with a focus on the unique context of overseas territories such as Reunion Island.

This course offers not only practical tools for outdoor education but also an opportunity to live a transformative experience of wellness, inclusion, and intercultural dialogue.

5. Certificate 

At the end of the course, each participant will get a course attendance certificate and other needed documents for reporting of the sending institution.
